This Cuvée is dedicated to the memory of our illustrious client: Tsar Nicholas II of Russia. This is the first Crémant de Limoux created in 1913. It is made from the finest white grapes: Chardonnay with subtle aromas and fragrances of flowers, Chenin for its freshness and Mauzac which gives it its origin "Limoux" and his "frame"

APPELLATION OF LIMOUX CONTROLLED AND PROTECTED

VEGETABLES: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc,
10% Mauzac


METHODS AND SPECIFICITY: Traditional Method:
First temperature-controlled fermentation in vats,
assembly of several years of harvest, aging on
lees in bottle for 2 years, manual riddling and
disgorging on the fly.

TASTING NOTE:

The Crémant Impérial Brut Tendre has a complex
and balanced blend nourished by these touches of
smoked, mineral and bread crust on a lemony
background. On the palate, a pleasant sweetness
that highlights all its delicate scents. Tsar
Nicholas II of Russia, illustrious guest of our
house, inspired this vintage called 'Imperial'
in his tribute. To drink on all occasions, from
aperitif to dessert.
