METHODS AND SPECIFICITY:
Traditional Method: First temperature-controlled fermentation in vats, assembly of several years of harvest, aging on lees in bottle for 2 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly.
TASTING NOTE:
Its light rosé with shiny tendencies and its discreet nose reveal some touches of strawberries and cherries found in the mouth. Its effervescence, airy and persistent, provokes a fruity and greedy attack during your evenings and festive events.
