90% Mauzac and 10% Chardonnay and Chenin
METHODS AND SPECIFICITY:
Traditional Method: First temperature-controlled fermentation in vats, assembly of several years of harvest, aging on lees in bottle for 2 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly.
TASTING NOTE: Its beautiful gold color and expressive nose reveal aromas of apple and pear. Satiny and unctuous in the mouth with its effervescence successful and neat that ends with a fine and short touch of bitterness. Ideal for aperitifs.
