METHODS AND SPECIFICITY:
Traditional Method: First temperature-controlled fermentation in vats, assembly of several years of harvest, aging on lees in bottle for 2 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly.
TASTING NOTE:
This blanquette has a deep golden color and a full nose by its prolonged aging. It is a round and supple cuvée on the palate while complexity. Blanquette warm and velvety throughout the meal.
