METHODS AND SPECIFICITY:
Traditional Method: First temperature-controlled fermentation in vats, assembly of several years of harvest, aging on lees in bottle for 2 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly.
TASTING NOTE:
Its bright color and intense nose, like pear, fig and baked apple reveal some notes of candied citrus and frangipane. This wine provokes a tart freshness with a true structure and generosity. Creamy bubble with a spicy finish and nougat.
