The first Crémant de Limoux is prepared by the Maison Guinot in 1913. In 1985, the Imperial Crémant is dedicated to the memory of an illustrious client: Tsar Nicholas II of Russia. The D.O. Crémant de Limoux is made from the white grape varieties Mauzac (which confers its origin and its "framing"), the Chenin (freshness) and Chardonnay (subtle aromas, tastes and fragrances of flowers). This blend of varietals gives it a harmonious, supple, perfect balance and finesse. The reference of Crémants de Limoux.
